Shipping policy
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide exclusively via Australia Post. Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout when your cart total reaches $79. Due to packaging requirements, most large ID 500-1000mm hoses are excluded from the free shipping offer and ship via flat-rate oversize (LG) standard shipping instead.
Flat-Rate Shipping Rates
- Parcel Post: $9.95 (FREE on orders over $79)
- Express Post: $14.95
- Parcel Post (LG): $14.95
- Express Post (LG): $34.95 (offered on eligible oversize orders)
Dispatch & Tracking
- Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 2:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) Monday–Friday (excluding Victorian public holidays) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will ship the next business day.
- PO Boxes & Lockers: We ship to all Australian street addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. We do not ship internationally.
- Tracking & Transit Times: A shipping confirmation with an Australia Post tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled. Delivery timeframes are carrier estimates and may be subject to network delays beyond our direct control.
Delivery & Address Accuracy
- Address Accuracy: Parcels are dispatched strictly to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your recipient name, street address, unit number, and postcode are complete and accurate before finalizing payment.
- Return to Sender (RTS): If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it remained uncollected from your local post office within Australia Post's collection window, the customer is responsible for the actual postage cost to re-dispatch the parcel.
