We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide exclusively via Australia Post. Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout when your cart total reaches $79. Due to packaging requirements, most large ID 500-1000mm hoses are excluded from the free shipping offer and ship via flat-rate oversize (LG) standard shipping instead.

  • Parcel Post: $9.95 (FREE on orders over $79)
  • Express Post: $14.95
  • Parcel Post (LG): $14.95
  • Express Post (LG): $34.95 (offered on eligible oversize orders)

Dispatch & Tracking

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

  • PO Boxes & Lockers: We ship to all street addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation with a tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is fulfilled.
